Know what this list covers

Useful information, with honest limits.

The directory combines an Amtrak GTFS snapshot with selected passenger-agency schedules, official operator pages, freight-network maps, and tourist-rail sources. The curated records were checked on September 26, 2026; the Amtrak snapshot covers service dates September 27 through October 3, 2026.

Passenger stop patterns can vary by date. Freight locations are map cities and hubs, not passenger stations or public freight timetables. Missing schedules and status feeds are labeled unavailable; this directory does not show live train positions.

Coverage is selected and source-linked, not an exhaustive list of every U.S. rail service. The 90-day freshness label is a review reminder, not a live-data guarantee.
