Delete your TrainTrackr account

Delete in the iOS or Android app

Open Account → Profile and security → Delete account. Sign in, enter your password, and confirm deletion. The app signs you out after the deletion completes.

Delete on the web or request help

Sign in at the TrainTrackr website, open Profile, and use the Delete account form. If you cannot sign in, email traintrackr-ai@polsia.app from the address associated with the account and request deletion. Do not send your password by email.

What deletion removes

The app removes the account and its sessions, saved routes, private saved spots, alert inbox, purchase entitlement record, authored discussions and replies, submitted community locations, and newly attributable sightings and their uploaded photos.

Older sightings with no recorded author remain as anonymous public historical reports. Storage-provider backup retention is governed by platform settings; the owner must confirm and publish the applicable backup window before store release. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
